8. Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and verification. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, inaccuracies in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
9. Billing and Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. Your card will be charged immediately upon order placement. Orders are subject to verification prior to shipment. If your billing address differs from your shipping address, you may be required to provide additional documentation before your order is released. Any fraudulent transactions will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, and shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only.
11. Taxes and Duties
All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, and import fees. Failure to pay these fees may result in delivery delays or the return of your package. XQzeet shall not be held responsible for such issues.
12. Returns
Products purchased through our website are eligible for return within thirty (30) days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undyed, not combed or picked, and in their original condition and packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Customized hair products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer support team. A prepaid return label will be provided. Returns received without prior authorization may not be processed. Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
13. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered by the carrier. XQzeet is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural events, customs clearance, or carrier issues. All orders marked “delivered” by the carrier will be considered fulfilled. We will not resend or refund orders that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping provider.
14. Lost or Failed Deliveries
In the event a shipment is lost in transit, you must notify us immediately. We will initiate a trace with the carrier, which may take several business days. If the carrier confirms the package has been lost, a replacement will be issued.
XQzeet is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Shipments returned due to an incorrect address will require the customer to pay reshipment fees. Refused or abandoned shipments will not be refunded.
15. Force Majeure
XQzeet shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, governmental actions, war, supply chain interruptions, transportation failures, or similar events.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XQzeet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or products. Our liability in any case shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
17. Policy Changes
XQzeet reserves the right at its sole discretion to make changes to prices, policies, and procedures at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
