● 30-day window: You can request a return within 30 days from the day you received all items in your order.
● Condition of items: Wigs must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging. This means: lace uncut, unplucked, unwashed, uncombed, unbrushed, no styling products, no dye, no heat, no perfume, and all accessories, tags, hairnets, and box included. For health and safety, we cannot accept returns that show signs of wear or installation.
● Custom or final-sale items: Custom-made wigs, clearance items, and free gifts are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
● Return shipping costs: If there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, XQzeet covers return shipping. In all other cases, the customer covers return shipping.
● Inspection: If items are not returned in original condition, related costs will be the customer’s responsibility and no refund will be issued.

Our team replies within 24 hours (on business days) with a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and the return address.
Returns sent without an RAC may be refused.
Send Tracking Number
Ship the item back and email us the carrier and tracking number.
Refund Processed
Once received, we’ll complete the inspection within 2–3 business days and then refunds are issued to the original payment method for eligible items.
Processing time depends on your financial institution which may take 3–5 business days.
