Once your order is placed, we carefully prepare and inspect each item before dispatch. Standard styles are usually processed within 1–3 business days, while customized or special designs may take up to 7–10 business days. We ship directly from our warehouse in China using trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT. For customers in the United States, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO), so a complete physical address is required at checkout.
